6:15-6:45 Networking; 6:45 Meeting
Refreshments will be served

Thanks to members like you, Haverford Township is experiencing a resurgence in community pride. A
Philadelphia Inquirer news article
on 1/3/2016  lauds our vibrant and active community of volunteers dedicated to township-wide improvements.   The next opportunity for your organization to have a direct impact on matters important to you is at the general membership meeting.

The agenda includes:
  • Election of Board of Directors
  • Selection of Action Priority Groups
  • Member Group announcements
  • Networking
Action Priority Groups are potential projects brought to the attention of HTCC Members. During the Annual Meeting, the proposers present their projects and then the Members vote on lending HTCC resources to support the proposal. HTCC lends support in the form of Informed Citizen Network (our web newsletter) announcements, networking ideas, and overall involvement. Any type of project may be considered as long as there are two dedicated coordinators and several committed volunteers. Past projects have included Haverford Trails, Tree Tenders, and Library Improvements.

Please take time now to renew you membership by paying annual dues and designate two voting delegates to attend the membership meeting.  Only dues-paying members may vote.

Thank you for your continuing support of the HTCC, a federation of more than forty organizations sharing the mutual goal of improving the quality of life in Haverford Township. It is through your organization's commitment to this mission that the list of civic accomplishments continues to grow.
